FACILITATION

Several of our customers and colleagues have recognised we are neutral to many of their day to day business activities. As a result we have been asked to act as independent facilitators on numerous occasions so those involved in meetings can concentrate on the meeting agenda and desired outcomes and not worry about the personalities, logistics and timings.

Therefore, we now offer facilitation as a stand alone business service

Just a few examples of sensitive facilitation projects we have undertaken are:

• The 90 day consultation period for the redundancies of 400+ jobs in a well known cosmetics organisation.
• The proposed merging of several main stream departments of a major utility organisation.
• The proposed introduction of a significant change process in a County Council.
