To support organisations, teams and individuals with their development needs, gmd have designed a range of activities and solutions that have been tailored to the needs of our customers. These include: developing
- development of performance management tools, such as induction, appraisal processes and development centres to support organisations proactively develop their staff;
- design and delivery of lively and very interactive workshops to give managers some ‘safe’ experience and a bit more confidence to manage their people – examples include – coaching for success, recruitment and selection, managing for performance;
- working on a one to one basis with managers in a range of sectors within private, public and third; to coach them through issues and situations they need support with.
